Which requirements do I need to participate in the GMP course?
• It's an introductory course suitable for beginners. You don't need any specific prior knowledge to participate.
Is the GMP course also suitable for early semesters?
• Yes, absolutely.
From which semester is the course recommended?
• From the first semester.
Why do I need GMP knowledge?
• This knowledge is used by many pharmaceutical, food, biotech, and cosmetics companies and therefore gives you an advantage when applying for jobs.
When will I receive my certificate of participation?
• No later than two weeks after the exam, via email.
Is it possible to receive my certificate of participation in English?
• The certificate will be issued bilingually.
Is the course supported by the Federal Employment Agency?
• No, GMP Academy courses are not AZAV certified and therefore are not supported by the "Agentur für Arbeit". The course costs can be claimed on your tax return.
Is the course held online?
• Yes, the course takes place online via MS Teams. No in-person sessions are currently planned.
Is the course subsidized by the Federal Employment Agency? Is the course AZAV certified?
• No, the course is not AZAV certified and is therefore not covered by the Federal Employment Agency. However, you can deduct the costs from your taxes. Keep the invoice and submit it with your tax return.
What happens if I miss a session?
• You will have to make it up through self-study, which is not recommended.
Can someone else attend the course in my place, even though I have already registered?
Yes, that's possible. Please contact kontakt@gmp-kurs.de.
Can I submit my enrollment certificate late?
Yes, that's possible before the invoice arrives. However, there is an additional charge of €10. Please contact kontakt@gmp-kurs.de.
When will I receive the invoice?
The invoice will be sent no later than one week before the event. The verification fee is included in the invoice amount.
What is the registration deadline?
Until the start of the event. Last-minute registrations are no problem for us.
What is the Early Bird discount?
This is a discount that will be applied to your invoice up to 10 days before the event begins. For more information, please see the individual course details - LINK
I forgot to provide an alternative billing address – who should I contact?
• Send an email to kontakt@gmp-kurs.de as soon as possible – ideally before the invoice is issued. Changes to invoices will incur a fee.
Is the GMP course officially approved for educational leave?
• Our online courses are not AZAV certified and therefore not recognized for educational leave.
